Cheeseburger Soup with Ultimate Creamy White™ Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons | Pepper
  •  
  • If desired | Ketchup
  • If desired | Yellow mustard
  • If desired | Crushed potato chips

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except ketchup, mustard and potato chips in full steam table pan.

STEP 2

Cover pan. Heat on full steam until mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

Hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above

STEP 4

Top with ketchup, mustard and potato chips, if desired.
