Combine all ingredients, except ketchup, mustard and potato chips, in full steam table pan.
Cover. Heat on full steam until mixture reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Hold warm until service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
Top with ketchup, mustard and potato chips, if desired.
Serve over French fries, tator tots or pasta.
