Cheeseburger Soup with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (106 ounce) pouch | Land O Lakes® Ultimate White Cheese Sauce
  • 3 cups (15 ounces) | Onion, minced, sweated
  • 3 pounds | Frozen fully cooked ground beef crumbles
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) | Water
  • 1/3 cup (3 ounces) | Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons | Black pepper
  • Optional | Ketchup
  • Optional | Yellow mustard
  • Optional | Crushed potato chips

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients, except ketchup, mustard and potato chips, in full steam table pan.

STEP 2

Cover.  Heat on full steam until mixture reachs 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

Hold warm until service.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above

STEP 4

Top with ketchup, mustard and potato chips, if desired.
