Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil.
Combine all ingredients except Extra Melt Sharp American Cheese Slices and pickle slices in large bowl; mix thoroughly to ensure seasonings are evenly distributed. Roll into 24 meatballs. Place meatballs on prepared pan.
Bake 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 160°F. Remove from oven. Top each meatball with 1 quarter-slice cheese. Return meatballs to oven; bake 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 165°F.
Remove meatballs from oven; top each with 1 pickle slice. Stab skewer through center of pickle slice; push meatball up skewer. Repeat until each skewer has 2 meatballs and 2 pickle slices. Use to garnish to Bloody Mary.
