Cheese Soup with Extra Melt American Cheese, Corn, Tomatoes and Black Beans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup | Canned green chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon | Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Optional | Tortilla chips

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except cilantro and tortilla chips.  Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted and soup is 165°F.  Stir in cilantro.

STEP 2

Serve with tortilla chips.
