Combine Extra Melt Cheese and water. Heat to melt cheese completely. Hold hot in a Bain Marie.
Fry 12 ounces French fries according to package instructions, drain. Immediately lightly sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Place seasoned fries into serving dish. Top with 5 ounces cheese sauce, 2 tablespoons bacon, 1 tablespoon green onions and 1 ounce shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
