Heat oven to 350˚F. Line two large sheet pans with parchment paper.
Pile 1/2 ounce Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese into mounds onto prepared sheet pans (24 mounds per pan).
Bake 6-10 minutes or until edges just start to brown. (Bake time may vary depending on equipment.) Remove to cooling rack; blot off excess grease if desired.
Serve 2 crisps of these crisp for 1 MMA. They make great additions to bento boxes or salads.
Store these crips loosely covered at room temperature up to 2 days to retain crisp texture.
