Carolina BBQ Chicken Nachos with Extra Melt Cheese Sauce

  • 8 ounces | Land O Lakes® Extra Melt™ White Cheese Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon | Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon | Dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon | Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon | Chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon | Cayenne
  •  
  • Nacho Ingredients
  • 4 ounces | Yellow corn chips
  • 1/3 cup | Hot smoked pulled chicken
  • 1/4 cup | Peppadew peppers, cut into strips
  • Optional | Jalapeños, seeded, diced
  • Optional | Green onions, sliced
  • Optional | Cilantro leaves

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce to 165°F, mix in all remaining sauce ingredients. Hold warm.

STEP 2

To assemble nachos, layer corn chips, half the cheese sauce, chicken, remaining cheese sauce. Top with peppadews, jalapeños, green onions and cilantro.
