Preparation
STEP 1
Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip according to pouch directions. Hold warm until service.
STEP 2
To build carnitas, place 2 English muffin halves on serving plate.
STEP 3
Top each half with 1 1/2 ounces meat,1/2 ounce onion and 1 poached egg.
STEP 4
Drizzle 3 ounces warm cheese dip over entrée.
