Cajun Fried Cauliflower with Queso Bravo Cheese Dip

Yield: 16 ounces | Serving Size: 2 ounces

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces | Cauliflower florets, parboiled, dried
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons | Cajun seasoning

Preparation

STEP 1

Deep fry cauliflower until tender and slightly crispy.  Remove from fryer and drain. Dust with Cajun seasoning.

STEP 2

Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip to 165°F for 15 seconds.  Serve with cauliflower.
