For service, use #10 scoop to portion into desired serving bowls.
Serve salad in a bento with 1/2 cup fruit of choice, additional 1/4 cup vegetable (we recommend carrots) and whole-grain crackers.
This chicken salad makes a great filling for a wrap sandwich.
