Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in half steam table pan. Cover.

STEP 2

Heat until temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 3

Serve 1/2 cup as dipping sauce for vegetables, whole grain tortilla chips or serve as sauce in bowl or pasta application.
