Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce

Yield: 32 servings | Serving Size: 3/4 cup macaroni and cheese, 2 chicken tenders

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds 4 ounces (64 tenders) | Lightly breaded chicken tenders, uncooked
  • 1 cup | Cayenne pepper sauce

Preparation

STEP 1

Cook pasta according to package directions.

STEP 2

In full steam table pan mix Ultimate White Cheese Sauce with water, stir in pasta.

STEP 3

Heat in steamer on full steam for 30 minutes or until heated through to 165°F. Hold warm.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above

STEP 4

Cook chicken tenders according to package directions.

STEP 5

Toss with pepper sauce until well coated. Hold warm.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above

STEP 6

To serve place 3/4 cup macaroni and cheese in bowl and top with 2 chicken tenders.
