Preparation
STEP 1
Heat Macaroni and Cheese using desired preparation method. Hold warm in pouch until service.
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
STEP 2
When ready to serve, add 2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce to Macaroni and Cheese. Add cayenne, if desired.
STEP 3
Heat chicken strips according to manufacturer directions. Coat with remaining Buffalo sauce before serving.
STEP 4
Serve 3 ounces macaroni and cheese topped with 2 Buffalo chicken strips.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
