Heat Alfredo Sauce and marinara sauce in separate pans until temeperature of each reaches 165°F.
Deep-fry basil leaves 10 seconds or until crisp; drain on paper towel.
Deep-fry Brussels sprouts 2 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
Lightly toss Brussels sprouts with heated Alfredo sauce.
To serve, spread 2 ounces hot marinara sauce in bottom of shallow bowl. Top with coated Brussels sprouts; sprinkle with Parmesan. Garnish with fried basil leaves.
