Breakfast Totchos with Queso Bravo Cheese Dip

Yield: 10 servings | Serving Size: 6 ounces tator tots, 2 ounces egg, 2 ounces vegetables with 2 ounces cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces | Diced onion
  • 3 3/4 pounds | Potato rounds, cooked
  • 1 1/4 pounds | Scrambled eggs, cooked
* Can substitute Land O Lakes® Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip with Jalapeños, White

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip according to pouch directions. Hold warm until service.

STEP 2

Combine bell peppers, tomatoes and onion in medium bowl. Hold chilled until service.

STEP 3

To build plate, place 6 ounces potato rounds onro serving plate or into bowl. Top with 2 ounces eggs, 2 ounces vegetables and 2 ounces warm cheese dip.
