Breakfast Totchos with Queso Bravo Cheese Dip

Yield: 10 servings | Serving Size: 6 oz. tator tots, 2 oz. eggs, 2 oz. vegetables, 2 oz. cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces | Onions, diced
  • 3 3/4 pounds | Potato rounds, cooked
  • 1 1/4 pounds | Scrambled eggs, cooked
* Can substitute Land O Lakes® Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip with Jalapeños, White

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Queso Bravo Cheese Dip via one of the methods on the pouch.  Hold warm.

STEP 2

In medium bowl, combine peppers, tomatoes and onions.  Hold chilled until service.

STEP 3

Place 6 ounces of potato rounds on a serving plate or in a bowl.  Top with 2 ounces eggs, 2 ounces combined vegetables and 2 ounces cheese dip.
