Sauté diced onion, green and red bell peppers. Grill or sauté hash browns. Prepare and cook scrambled eggs.
Place 3 ounces hot hash browns in skillet dish. Place hot scrambled eggs in middle. Sprinkle vegetables and ham over all. Cover with Sharp Cheddar American Cheese. Bake or broil to melt cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and diced tomato. Serve immediately.
