Breakfast Pizza with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce

Yield: 7 9-inch pizzas | Serving Size: 28 portions

Ingredients

  • Three Ingredient Queso
  • 3 cups | Land O Lakes® Ultimate White Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup | Diced green chiles
  • 1/8 cup | Jalapeño, diced

  • Pizza Ingredients
  • 7 (9 inch) each | Frozen whole grain pizza crust, thawed
  • 3.5 cups | Three Ingredient Queso (1 recipe)
  • 1.75 cups (7 ounces) | Land O Lakes® Shredded Mild Cheddar
  • 5.25 cups (42 ounces) | Liquid egg product, scrambled, cooked
  • 3.5 cups | Hash brown potatoes, cooked to golden
  • 1 cup | Turkey bacon, cooked, diced
  • 1/2 cup | Red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup | Green onion, sliced

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all queso ingredients, cover, heat on full steam until sauce reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.  Hold warm.

STEP 2

Par-bake pizza crust for 3 to 5 minutes in preheated conventional oven at 375°F.

STEP 3

Mix half of cheese shreds with queso.

STEP 4

Top each pizza crust with:
1/3 cup queso and cheese shred mixture, leaving 1/2-inch on edge
3/4 cup cooked eggs
1/2 cup hash browns
2 tablespoons bacon
1 tablespoon red pepper
2 tablespoons cheddar shreds

STEP 5

Bake pizza 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned and crispy.

STEP 6

Top cooked pizza with green onions.  Slice each pizza into quarters and serve.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
