Heat Extra Melt Cheese Sauce in large saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Combine warm cheese sauce, sausage and hot water, if using, in medium saucepan; sitr to combine. Stir in pepper and sage. Heat to 165°F. Hold hot until service.
To build plate, place 2 biscuit halves on serving plate. Pour 6 ounces cheese sauce over biscuit halves.
If serving for take-out, place biscuit halves in to-go container; top with 6 ounces cheese sauce.
