Ingredients

  • 2 (12-ounce) cans or bottles | Beer, such as Dos Equis

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe container; cover. Microwave on High 2 minutes; whisk to blend. Continue to microwave in 2-minute intervals, whisking after each, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

STEP 2

Hold cheese dip hot until service.
