Beef Enchiladas with Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce and Extra Melt Shreds

Yield: 4 cups; 8 servings | Serving Size: 2 tortillas per serving, 2 ounces per tortilla

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce in steamer until fluid.

STEP 2

In half steam table pan combine heated sauce, salsa verde, green onion, cilantro and beef and heat to 165°F.

STEP 3

Assemble enchiladas by placing 2 ounces of meat/sauce mixture into each tortilla and top with 1.5 ounces salsa verde or 1.5 ounces enchilada sauce per enchilada.

STEP 4

Top with 1/2 ounce Extra Melt shreds.
