Beef Enchiladas with Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce and Extra Melt Shreds

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce in steamer until fluid.

STEP 2

In half steam table pan combine warm sauce, beef, 2 1/2 ounces salsa verde, green onions and cilantro; heat to 165°F.

STEP 3

To build enchiladas, spoon 2 ounces meat mixture into each tortilla; top with 1 1/2 ounces salsa verde or 1 1/2 ounces enchilada sauce.

STEP 4

Top each enchilada with 1/2 ounce Shredded American Cheese.
