Cook pasta al dente per manufacturer directions, drain, divide evenly among four deep steam table pans; about 8 pounds per pan. Hold warm.
Heat pork per manufacturer directions to 165°, hold warm.
Combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, milk and Cheddar cheese in separate full steam table pan.
Cover and heat cheese sauce mixture on full steam for 30 minutes or until mixture reaches 165°F and is heated through.
Divide heated cheese mixture evenly over warm noodles; about 6 pounds per pan. Toss gently to mix.
For each pan portion 33 ounces of shredded pork evenly over cheesy pasta. Portion 3/4 cup barbecue sauce evenly over pork and pasta mixtures.
Cover steam table pans and return to steamer 5 to 10 minutes until pasta and pork mixture reaches 165°F. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Hold warm until serving.
