BBQ Chicken Pizza Kit recipe


  • 126 ounces (7 1/2 pounds) | Pulled chicken breast
  • 16 ounces (2 cups) | Low-sodium barbecue sauce
  • 140 (1-ounce) each | Mini flatbread rounds



Prepare chicken according to manufacturer's instruction. After proper heating, chill rapidly according to HACCP instruction.

Chill ready to eat food from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours


Toss chilled chicken with barbecue sauce; store cold until ready to portion pizza kits.

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below


Portion ingredients separately into desired container:

2 mini flatbread rounds
1.5 ounces Ultimate Cheddar Cheese Sauce (#24 scoop) or 1 cheese sauce dip cup (this will affect nutrition)
1/2 cup corn blend
1.8 ounces BBQ Chicken

CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below


Cover pizza kit. Refrigerate immediately. Serve or consume within three days of preparation.
