Thoroughly spray half hotel pan with release spray. Line pan with parchment paper.
Combine Macaroni & Cheese and liquid eggs in large bowl. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in 350°F oven 45-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds and center of macaroni and cheese is set. Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Cut into 12 equal portions to serve.
This recipe may be customized with the addition of chopped broccoli, deli ham or even curry powder.
If top of baked macaroni is browning too much, cover pan loosley with aluminum foil during the last 15 minutes of bakng.
