Yield: 24 garnishes | Serving Size: 1 garnish

Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeño Bloody Mary Garnish recipe

  • 24 (2-inch) | Fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 24 (1-ounce) slices | Bacon

Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

To make filling, combine cream cheese, Shredded Monterey Jack with Jalapeño Peppers and roasted red peppers in mixing bowl fitted with paddle attachment; beat until just combined.

Using paring knife, carefully slit each jalapeño down one side from stem to tip. Remove and discard seeds and ribs. Spoon filling evenly into each jalapeño. Starting from stem end, wrap with slice of bacon in slightly overlapping spiral.

Place jalapeños on prepared baking sheet; bake 16-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and filling is heated through. Skewer each with wooden skewer. Use to garnish Bloody Mary.
