Bacon-Wrapped Extra Melt Bloody Mary Garnish

Yield: 8 garnishes | Serving Size: 3 bacon-wrapped cheese cubes per garnish

Bacon-Wrapped Extra Melt Bloody Mary Garnish recipe

  • 12 (1-ounce) slices | Bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup | Barbecue sauce

Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil.

Place bacon on prepared pan; bake 7-9 minutes or until cooked but not crispy.

Meanwhile, heat barbecue sauce in small saucepan over low heat until it just begins to simmer. Hold hot until service.

Cool bacon enough to handle. Wrap each Extra Melt American Cheese cube with half-strip of bacon by rolling strip around one end of cheese cube working toward other end in overlapping spiral. Thread each cube onto wooden or metal skewer until you have 3 on each.

Brush each skewer with warm barbecue sauce to coat evenly. Return skewers to baking pan; bake 1-2 minutes or until just hot. Use to garnish Bloody Mary.
