Bacon Scallion Queso using Queso Bravo Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon | Onion powder
  • 1/2 cup | Scallions, sliced

Preparation

STEP 1

Mix all ingredients together.  Cover and cook on full steam until mixture reaches 165°F.
Serving Suggestions:
-Hollow out pretzel bowl with biscuit cutter.  Grill or toast top to serve alongside bowl filled with Queso Bravo Cheese Dip.  Serve with assorted crudite and pretzel crackers.
-For individual appetizer, serve in mini pretzel slider roll hollowed out and presented as above.
