Bacon Cheese Fries recipe

Ingredients

  • 72 ounces | Frozen French fries
  • 6 ounces | Bacon bits or crumbled cooked bacon

Preparation

STEP 1

Cook French fries according to manufacturer's instruction.

STEP 2

For each serving, place 6 ounces fries into heat-proof container. Top with 1/2 ounce bacon and 1 ounce Extra Melt® Shredded American Cheese.

STEP 3

Heat under broiler or alternate heating method 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

STEP 4

Garnish each serving with about 1/4 ounce green onion.
