Cook French fries according to manufacturer's instruction.
For each serving, place 6 ounces fries into heat-proof container. Top with 1/2 ounce bacon and 1 ounce Extra Melt® Shredded American Cheese.
Heat under broiler or alternate heating method 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish each serving with about 1/4 ounce green onion.
