Toss asparagus with melted Signature® Garlic & Herb Blend. Arrange asparagus on sheet tray. Roast in center of 400°F oven 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned. Set aside.
To make lemon tarragon sauce, heat Extra Melt® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce according to manufacturer's instruction. Combine cheese sauce, lemon juice and tarragon; hold hot until service.
To plate, arrange 3 ounces asparagus spears on plate. Top with poached egg. Drizzle with hot lemon tarragon sauce. Sprinkle with Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs and lemon zest. Garnish with radish slices, as desired.
