Combine Queso Bravo Cheese Dip and pureed chipotles in medium saucepan; heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequenty. Hold hot until service.
To build grain bowl, layer 1 cup farro, 1 cup sweet potato, 1/4 cup snow peas, 1/4 cup onion and pepitas, if desired, in bowl. Top with 2 ounces sauce. Serve immediately.
For another flavor option, you can use Lemon Garlic Extra Melt Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce instead of the Chipotle Bravo Queso Sauce.
The chipotle sauce is also good drizzled over fish tacos.
For a less spicy (but still smoky) sauce, replace the Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip with Land O'Lakes Extra Melt® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce.
