In large skillet cook bacon until crisp; drain. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Stir in vodka before serving. Refrigerate or hold hot until serving time.
For each serving toss 6 ounces hot pasta with 1/4 cup hot Alfredo sauce and 1/4 cup hot tomato sauce. Garnish with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh tarragon leaves, if desired.
