In bowl combine all filling ingredients; mix well. Fill each cooked shell with 2 tablespoons filling. Refrigerate.
For each serving, place 3 filled shells on microwave-safe plate; cover. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
Prep ingredients for seafood sauce; hold refrigerated.
For each serving, prepare seafood sauce using amounts listed per order. Heat oil in skillet, season seafood. Sauté shrimp for 1 minute. Add scallops and salmon; continue sautéing for 1 minute or until seafood is cooked. Add Alfredo Sauce; simmer until heated through. Stir in chives and lemon juice.
Place 3 filled shells on microwave-safe plate; cover. Microwave and high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
Spoon seafood around heated, filled shells. Pour sauce over top.
Garnish with fresh chives and red pepper strips.
