Ingredients

  • 32 ounces (6 1/3 cups) | Carrots, sliced into 1/4-inch coins
  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) | Water

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place onto parchment-lined sheet tray.

STEP 2

Bake in 375°F oven 10 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Continue baking 25 minutes or until vegetables are fork-tender. Serve immediately.
