Sweet Corn Dip (Elote) with Cream Sauce Base and Extra Melt Jalapeño Cheese

Yield: 2 1/2 cups | Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces | Land O Lakes® Cream Sauce Base
  • 2 ounces | Lime juice
  • 1 ounce | Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 ounces | Jalapeño pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon | Chili powder

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Cream Sauce Base to 165°F for 15 seconds.  Stir in lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, chili powder and salt.  Using a food processor or blender, process until well-combined.  Remove to a bowl and stir in warm corn.

STEP 2

Place in heat-proof dish and top with Extra Melt Jalapeño Cheese.  Heat or broil until dip is hot and cheese is melted.  Serve with tortilla chips.
