Steak Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup | Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon | Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon | White pepper

Preparation

STEP 1

Mix all ingredients and place in a saucepan.  Heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.

STEP 2

Serve hot or cold on the side of steak.
