Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, heat to 165°F.  Store above 141°F for up to 4 hours or chill according to local food code.

Suggested Serving:  Serve over pan-seared sea scallops on top a bed of rice pilaf.  Garnish with fresh herbs.
