Combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce, tomato paste and water in large sauce pan or kettle. Heat over medium heat to 165°F.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
Serve over pasta or as a dip for whole grain bread or raw vegetables.
Do not exceed a 6:1 ratio of Italian Cheese Sauce to tomato paste. Adding tomato paste in higher concentrations can cause the sauce to break or curdle.
