Remoulade Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (32-ounce) pouch | Land O Lakes® Butter Sauce Base
  • 1 teaspoon | Dry mustard
  • 2 ounces | Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon | Capers, chopped
  • 1 ounce | Red onion, chopped
  • 1 ounce | Green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 ounce | Red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon | Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon | Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon | Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons | Parsley, chopped

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Butter Sauce Base to 165°F.  Add all ingredients and incorporate into sauce.  Hold at or above 141°F for up to 4 hours or chill and store according to local food code.
