Mexican Corn with Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend

Yield: 38 servings | Serving Size: 4.5 ounces

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup | Cilantro, chopped
  • Garnish, optional | Tajin Clasico Seasoning

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend and seasoning in full 4-inch deep steam table pan.

STEP 2

Fold corn blend into sauce.  Cover.

STEP 3

Heat in either a steamer or bake in a 350°F convection oven until heated through to 165°F for 15 seconds.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 4

Sprinkle with cilantro.  Garnish with additional seasoning, if desired.
