Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Cream Sauce Base to 165°F for 15 seconds using one of the methods provided on the back of package.  Cool the product to less than 41°F.

STEP 2

Cover potatoes with cold water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until fork tender. Drain.

STEP 3

Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

STEP 4

Add additional water to thin, if desired.
