In large saucepan, combine cornstarch, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Whisk in beef broth, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, Sriracha and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil and thicken. Hold warm until ready for service.
In small saucepan over medium heat, combine all Gochojang sauce ingredients and heat to 165°F for 15 seconds. Hold warm until ready for service.
To assemble fries, toss 1/4 cup beef sauce with 1 cup ground beef and toss gently to coat. Place hot fries on serving plate, top with seasoned beef and Extra Melt American Cheese Shreds. Drizzle with Gochujang sauce and optional garnish. Serve with additional Gochujang sauce, if desired.
