Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 (30-ounce can) cups | Mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 3 cups | Strawberries, stemmed, quartered
  • 3 cups | Pineapple, chopped
  • 2 cups | Blueberries

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat Cream Sauce Base to 165°F for 15 seconds using one of the methods provided on the back of package.  Cool the product to less than 41°F.

STEP 2

Whisk together dressing ingredients. Gently fold fruit into dressing until coated.
