Fire Roasted Sweet Corn Dip with Queso Bravo

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce | Cotija cheese
  • | Tajin® Clasico Seasoning, if desired for garnish

Preparation

STEP 1

Heat cheese sauce via one of the methods located on pouch.

STEP 2

In half hotel pan, combine Queso Bravo and corn blend. Mix well.

STEP 3

Cover pan and cook on full steam in Combi oven until mixture reaches 165°F.

STEP 4

Uncover pan; sprinkle Cotija cheese evenly over top.

STEP 5

Broil or heat in hot oven until cheese is lightly browned.

STEP 6

Garnish with Tajin and serve with tortilla chips.
