Cubano Queso with Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (1 1/4 cups) | Low-sodium ham, diced
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) | Brown mustard

Preparation

STEP 1

Small-dice (1/8") pickles; rinse. Drain well.

STEP 2

Heat Queso Bravo® Cheese Dip in double boiler to 165°F. Stir in pickles, ham and mustard. Heat to 140°F. Hold hot or chilled until service.
