Chocolate Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces | High quality bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped
  • As needed | Hot water

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except water in a saucepan over low heat.  Cook, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved and sauce reaches internal temperature of 165°F.  Thin with water to desired consistency.  Serve warm.
