Cook pasta according to manufacture directions, drain, set aside.
Combine cheese sauce, chile sauce, sriracha sauce in steam table pan. Cover.
CCP: Heat to 165˚F for 15 seconds.
Blanch snow peas and chill.
Combine pasta with cheese sauce, and vegetables.
Cool to 70°F within 2 hours and to 41°F or lower within an additional 4 hours.
CCP: Maintain cold food at 41°F or below
Portion 1 1/2 cups chilled pasta salad into serving bowl, to go container or bento box.
Top with green onions, if desired.
Chilled pasta salad can be stored refrigerated for up to 3 days.
