Combine all meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Using a #30 scoop, portion meatballs onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 15 to 25 minutes until meatballs reach 165°F for at least 15 seconds.
Meanwhile, make cheesy BBQ sauce. Combine cheese sauce, barbecue sauce and hot sauce in half steam table pan.
Cover and heat until sauce reaches 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Hold warm.
To serve, place 4 meatballs onto hoagie roll and top with 1-ounce cheesy BBQ sauce. Top with green onions and Sriracha drizzle, if desired.
