Melt butter in large pan until sizzling, add white onions, garlic and green onions. Sauté over medium-high heat 5 minutes.
Add wine, continue cooking until liquid is reduced by half.
Reduce heat to low, add Extra Melt Cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
Whisk in chicken broth until thoroughly mixed. Continue cooking until heated through and temperature reaches 160°F.
Serve over baked potatoes, chicken, steak, hamburger steak, chips or tortillas.
