Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • Buffalo Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 pouch | Land O Lakes® Ultimate White Cheese Sauce Blend
  • 2 1/4 cups | Buffalo style hot sauce

  • Pizza Ingredients
  • 9 (16-inch) crust | Frozen whole grain thin square sheated pizza crust
  • 3 pounds 6 ounces | Diced chicken, cooked
  • 2 pounds | Celery, diced
  • 9 ounces | Onion, chopped
  • 9 ounces | Red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 pounds 6 ounces | Land O Lakes® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup | Buffalo sauce

Preparation

STEP 1

Preheat conventional oven to 450°F.

STEP 2

In medium bowl, combine the Ultimate White Cheese Sauce and Buffalo sauce. Set aside.

STEP 3

To assemble pizza, spread 1 1/2 cups Buffalo sauce mixture evenly on top of crust.  Top crust with 6 ounces chicken, 3 ounces celery, 2 tablespoons onion and 2 tablespoons red peppers.  Add 6 ounces Mozzarella Cheese evenly on top of other ingredients.  Drizzle 2 tablespoons Buffalo sauce evenly over cheese.

STEP 4

Bake pizza for 10 to 15 minutes, until hot, golden brown and bubbly.

CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds

STEP 5

Cut pizza into 6 servings.

CCP: Maintain hot food at 135°F or above
