In two sauce pans, heat Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce separately until both reach 165°F.
Deep fry basil leaves for 10 seconds or until crisp; drain on paper towel.
Deep fry Brussels sprouts for 2 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
Lightly toss Brussels sprouts with heated Alfredo sauce.
To serve: Spread 2 ounces hot marinara sauce in bottom of shallow bowl. Top with coated Brussels sprouts, sprinkle with Parmesan shreds and garnish with fried basil leaves.
