Bruschetta Breakfast Pizza


  • 2 (12x16-inch) sheets | Frozen pizza dough sheet, thawed
  • Egg Ingredients
  • 1 quart | Liquid eggs
  • 19 ounces | Land O Lakes® Ultimate White Cheese Sauce
  • Topping Ingredients
  • 3 cups (17 ounces) | Tomatoes, *seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup (5 ounces) | Green onions, sliced
  • 4 teaspoons | Fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • Optional (2 ounces) | Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional (1/2 to 1 cup) | Fresh basil, chopped
*Can substitute diced canned tomatoes, drained well.



Heat conventional oven to 450°F. Lightly spray full sheet pan (18x26x1-inch) with release spray.


Place pizza dough sheets onto pan with long edges meeting in center. (If necessary, roll or stretch dough sheets out to slightly larger size.) Press center seam together and form rim around edges. Prick dough with fork. Spray crust with release spray. Parbake crust 15-20 minutes or until crust begins to brown.


Spray half size steam table pan (10 3/8x12 3/4x2 1/2-inch) with release spray.


Combine liquid eggs and Ultimate White Cheese Sauce in large bowl.


Pour egg mixture into prepared pan; heat in steamer, stirring once or twice,15-20 minutes or until eggs are beginning to set but still soft.


Spread egg mixture evenly over parbaked crust. Arrange all topping ingredients except Parmesan cheese and basil evenly over eggs.


Bake 6-8 minutes or until toppings are heated through and temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. Remove from oven; immediately top with grated Parmesan and chopped basil, if desired.
